Do it anyways.
Yesterday: "Tomorrow, I am going to bike a 57 mile loop".
Today: "That sounds a little ambitious, don't you think?"
This happens everyday; I try to talk myself out of the workout I had decided the day before.
But I have become really good at not listening to that voice. To instead, follow through on the things I decided I would do the day before.
It get's easier to ignore that voice that tells you to just stay in bed, that you don't have enough time, that you'll do it another day.
How? Do the thing you decided, anyways. Each time.
