We often overlook our bodies when we feel good, but become disappointed when they falter.

As with any aging tool, there is a decline.

If we choose to feed it, nourish it, and love it well, the decline could be slower.

Commit to fueling it with healthy things.

Commit to nourishing it through movement and rest.

Commit to loving it through appreciation.
