What Difference Does it Make? - Part 2
Remember this?
(Have you ever asked yourself:
"What difference does it make?"
…as you hit the snooze button instead of getting up and exercising, as you order a pizza instead of cooking the vegetables you have in your fridge, as you pour yourself another glass of wine instead of drinking the glass of water you told yourself you would drink…)
Next time, instead of responding to your primal brain’s demands, pause, take a breath, and ask yourself to answer that initial question,
"What difference does it make?"
Because every time you don’t do what you had decided you would do, you let yourself down.
Every time you delay your dreams or goals another day, you tell yourself you are not that important.
Every time you respond to the demands of your primal brain you are making that food, that wine, that experience, whatever it is, more important than yourself.
You are training your brain to believe that you are less than.
Well, you aren’t less than.
You are so much more capable than your primal brain will let you believe.

Running through the AT in NC.
Need help believing this? I completely understand.
Let me show you how possible it is to put yourself and your dreams and your goals first.
