Emotion Vocabulary

When I ask people what they are feeling, the emotions they usually give me are: “fine”, “good”, “happy”, or “bad”.

Most of us have this limited emotion vocabulary.

But there are so many different emotions around “good” and “bad” and in between as well.

Learning to identify these and expand our emotion vocabulary, helps us understand ourselves better.

And we all know…KNOWLEDGE IS POWER 🤓

Let me show you what I mean.

Let’s drill down “bad” further:

  • inadequate

  • lonely

  • fearful

Knowing that you actually feel “fearful” instead of “bad”, creates clarity in what you are experiencing.

When we know that we are acting from a place of fear, we can have a deeper understanding of why we are avoiding things or hiding.

And knowing this, allows you to grow.

Expand your emotion vocabulary, gain insight.

Set your stage for emotional growth.

Are you ready to feel your best?

It IS POSSIBLE with my Better Fit Program.
