What do you love doing?

I LOVE mountain biking. It is one of my favorite things to do outdoors.

Do I want to do it all the time? No.

Is it the thing I am the most excited about doing on the regular? Yes.

Is it the thing I know I can motivate myself to do even when my motivation is lacking? Yes!

When you have something you are passionate about, it is easier to say yes to it, even when you are lacking the motivation.
