Hold onto your Power
How we feel dictates what we do, what we do not do, how we behave.
When we feel good in some way, we do positive things.
Things that help us grow, that make us feel good, that move us forward.
When we feel bad, we do the opposite.
We stay in bed longer than we planned, we don’t make healthy decisions for our body, we mentally beat ourselves up.
Yes, all because of how we feel.
Our emotions are powerful.
They can motivate us or stop us in our tracks.
You might be thinking you are not in control of your emotions. That they just happen.
And that may be partially true.
But let’s not give away all your power.
Let’s focus on what you can do.
What you can do is control how long you stay in that negative place with those negative emotions.
How long will you indulge in the negativity?
Bc it’s totally up to you.
