The First Step
People always ask me how I manage to workout everyday.
My response:
“The first thing I do in the morning is put on my exercise clothes.”
It is the first step I take, everyday.
So working-out remains a priority.
There is no doubt in my mind it is going to happen.
Because I am dressed for the occasion.
OK your turn.
Lay out your workout clothes the night before so you can’t help but trip over them when you wake up.
Put them on in the morning.
Get after it.
