With Intention
I strongly believe everyone should move their body, everyday.
That doesn’t mean high intensity, push yourself to failure, climb the highest mountain, everyday.
I mean, move your body, intentionally, everyday.
Yesterday, I lifted weights and went on a walk.
Today, I can feel the tightness in my legs from the weight lifting.
How am I going to intentionally move my body?
With yoga. Today, my yoga will look like some sun salutations with mostly floor poses.
It still counts.
It checks off all my boxes.
