I Make the Time

As a nurse, I was often asked, “how do you work out every day?”

And my answer was always, “I make the time.”

It’s that simple.

Working 16-20 hour days was common for me and I knew that.

So I planned.

I would decide the night before what my workout would be the following day. Then I would lay out my exercise garb.

In the morning, I would get it done.

I didn’t give myself the luxury of thinking about it. Because thinking about it could lead to procrastination or talking myself out of it. And that was not an option.

I knew if I exercised in the morning, I would show up to work for myself and my patients, a MUCH better version of me.

I was more awake. I was more alert. I was definitely in a better mood.

I loved how I felt after I exercised. So I made it a priority.

We can decide to prioritize our fitness by making the time.

I invite you to do the same.

Are you ready to prioritize your body?

It IS POSSIBLE with my Better Fit Program.

Let me show you how.
