Those are all lies.

Your brain is trying to keep you stagnant.

And it will tell you anything to keep you there. Even lies!

Here’s the truth:

• It’s never too late to start.

• You’re not too old.

• Of course, it’s going to be hard! (Any kind of change always is!)

Let me ask you this: What do you WANT?

We all have those things we want but believe we can’t attain tucked into the back of our brain. Pull it out and look at it.

What do you WANT?

If it’s to truly stay where you are, then do it!

But if you want something more, if you want to make a change…

DECIDE not to listen to those sentences.

Because that’s all they are. Just sentences meant to keep you where you are.

They are not facts. They are not the truth.
