One Tiny Thing...

CHANGE is defined by Google as "the act or instance of making or becoming different;  alter or modify; replace (something) with something else...something that is newer or better"

Changing our lives, bodies, and how we typically think is a bigger feat than we give ourselves credit for.

When we are making changes, no matter how we perceive the size of the change, we are changing our lives in some way. 

And that is a big deal. 

We are breaking habits we may have been reinforcing and perfecting over the past decade. 

We are shifting how we think about things when we may have been thinking this one particular way for our entire lives. 

No wonder so many of us don't want to put the "work" in. 

No wonder so many of us start and don't finish. 

No wonder many of us see change as an impossible undertaking. 

It forces us to step outside our norms and break the habits and thoughts we have supported for years. 

But! It IS possible! 

If you want to change but are unsure where to start, start small. 

Start with one tiny thing you know you can do well and do that for 2 weeks. 

Then choose another tiny thing. And keep adding on.
