How to Push It
How can you push yourself a little harder?
If you currently don’t exercise, start with a 15-minute walk.
If you walk or hike, move a little faster. Try to pass the person ahead of you or beat your overall time.
If you walk or hike fast already, try running the flats and any descents.
If you cycle, pick a point ahead of you and stand up until you reach that point.
If you already do that, stand up on the climbs.
If you lift weights, add in a HIIT or a pyramid workout.
These little pushes add up.
You become stronger in mind and body.
Show yourself how capable you are.
