Say it Out Loud

Saying things out loud is more powerful than many of us realize.

As humans, we have on average, 60,000 thoughts throughout the day.

That’s a lot.

And often times, we aren’t truly aware of what’s going on up there.

We have been recycling the same thoughts for so long that we think they are normal and what we want to be thinking.

Until we say them out loud.

When we say them out loud, we can often “see” our thoughts, for the first time.

And sometimes we surprise ourselves with what is going on in our busy brains.

Take the time to say things out loud.

To yourself or to others.
