Show Up Daily

Why is this newsletter called “Show Up Daily”?

Because I want to remind you as often as possible to show up daily for yourself.

When you show up daily for yourself, you show yourself how capable you are.

You build trust with yourself, leading to increased confidence.

And you show others what is possible

This is what I want for you and the rest of the world; to go after all the possibilities.

If I had to define show up daily, I would say it is “taking continual steps forward to stretch your abilities, overall improving your life through a growth mindset and healthy habits”.

This looks different for everyone.

For my husband and myself as individuals, it looks like this:

  • Choose healthy & delicious foods to fuel us

  • Move our bodies regularly & intentionally

  • Do the things we said we would

  • Make goals and move towards them no matter what

  • Notice the beauty around us

For my husband and myself as a couple, it looks something like this:

  • Be present with each other

  • Notice our behaviors, our flaws, & our fabulousness

  • Notice how our behaviors, our flaws, and our fabulousness affects the other

  • Continually work on improving ourselves, but love ourselves and each other no matter what, even when we come up short

  • Ask questions

  • Have uncomfortable conversations

  • Be willing to be wrong

We aren’t perfect at this, but we work on it daily.

I truly believe we show up daily for ourselves and each other.
