Let’s recap from yesterday:

“Something happens in the world. You have a thought about it. 

That thought creates your emotions.“ 

The something happening in the world does not create your emotions.

Something happens in the world: Working 10-12 hours/day, Monday-Friday

Your thought about it: I don't have the time to workout. 

The emotions your thought creates: Powerless, helpless, unmotivated 

It doesn't sound like you'll be working out this week.  

Let's try that again, with a different thought. 

Something happens in the world: Working 10-12 hours/day, Monday-Friday

Your thought about it: Working out is a priority.

The emotions your thought creates: Powerful, motivated, focused

Now the question is, how many times will you workout this week?

Our thoughts are so powerful.
