Starting to Believe
What if I told you that you have the ability to achieve any goal you want to create?
What direction does your brain automatically go? Towards disbelief? Did you just hear a loud "YEAH, RIGHT!"?
Makes sense. Most of us hear that voice loud and clear.
But wait, listen closely. What else do you hear?
Do you hear that tiny whisper of a voice that says, "maybe it's possible"?
Let's get that voice to speak up. THAT's the voice we want to hear the loudest.
Let's start with: "Maybe it is possible I could have a goal."Practice that thought for a bit. How does that feel?
If that feels true, let's take it one step further: "It is possible I could have a goal."How loud can you make that voice?
If you're comfortable thinking that, let's try again: "Maybe it is possible I could achieve a tiny goal." Practice that for a bit. How does that feel? True? Is that voice getting any louder?
If that feels true and you are ready to pump up the volume a bit more, let's take it one step further: "I could probably achieve a tiny goal."
Once that thought feels solid, let's take one more step: "I can achieve a tiny goal."
Then that turns into "I can achieve this goal."
Then, eventually, the louder you turn up that voice of belief, you eventually get here: "Maybe it is possible I could achieve any goal I want."
You are leaps and bounds from where you started.
What if you started to believe "it is possible" to create whatever you wanted this year?
How would that change the trajectory of your day, of your week, of your year?
