Take a Deep Breath and Start

Starting is the hardest step.

It’s the hardest because our brain wants us to stay safe.

Our brain wants us to stay the same.

So it tells us all sorts of scary things that are going to happen or how we’re going to fail or how no one will like us or whatever it is that we’re doing.

Lies.

If you want to do something, there is a reason you want to do that thing.

If you want something, there is a reason you want that thing.

It’s up to you to make it happen.

You have to take that step. It’s not as scary as it looks.

So take a deep breath.

And take that step.
