Trained Cycles
Habits aren't created by making a single decision.
They are formed by deciding over and over again, day after day, that you will (or will not) follow through.
Habits form through trained cycles:
It’s time to do the thing you said you would do.
You decide at that moment to follow through (or not follow through).
You then act on that decision.
The habit is formed (or it’s not).
It’s that simple.
