What is the "Work"??
You’ve probably heard: “You have to put in the work” before.
But what does that really mean?
To put it simply, it all comes down to repetition.
When you tell yourself 1 beneficial sentence over and over again, you will eventually believe it.
When you repeat 1 healthy action over and over again, it will become routine.
And when those beneficial beliefs stick and your healthy habits form, you will have made a change.
That is putting in the “work”.
And the work is what gets you results.
